Executive Director

Suyash Verma is a seasoned professional with almost four decades of experience. His current focus is in ESG Consulting & Advisory services across various sectors, including corporates, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, IT, logistics and hospitality. Suyash’s expertise lies in providing Strategic Advisory and Consultancy Services in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Project Development. His insights drive positive change and align businesses with sustainable practices.

Suyash is also the Founder & CEO of GoldTree Consulting where he collaborates with owners, CEOs, and key decision-makers in client companies to provide strategic guidance and advisory services for successful implementation of real estate projects. His emphasis on sustainability, planning, profitability, and quality sets GoldTree Consulting apart.

Passionate about environmental stewardship, Suyash leads Green Building initiatives. He champions sustainable practices in commercial, retail, and industrial buildings in Mumbai and even extends his influence to a high-end boutique store in Paris.

As Executive Director on the boards of Everstone Capital Advisors’ retail-focused real estate funds, Suyash executed and monitored the development of approximately 20 million sq. ft. of real estate. His leadership involved establishing a transactional Project Development team of project managers, engineers, and architects at the corporate level, as well as pertinent capabilities for end-to-end planning, design and execution of greenfield projects across India.

Suyash’s career began in the luxury hospitality industry. His journey reflects a commitment to leveraging technology for innovation. His leadership at ITC Sheraton Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Plantation Club Resort & Casino (Seychelles) continues to inspire the industry. Whether it’s adopting green practices or enhancing competitive advantage, Suyash’s vision has consistently pushed boundaries. In 1994, he received the prestigious H&FS award for Best Chief Engineer of the Year.

Executive Director

Rahil Burhani is a seasoned technology and business leader with a strong background in Sustainability, ESG, M&A Transitions and Digital Transformation.

Currently, he serves as Executive Director at Trinity ESG Consulting, UK. In addition to this he is a member of the HiveMind Network a professional group of highly acclaimed independent consultants. He is also specialist industry advisor and business associate in A5E Consulting Ltd, advising their services offerings in the Energy, Power, Utilities & Oil & Gas sector.

Raahil has a wealth of diverse sector experience working at Senior/Executive levels including Energy (Oil & Gas), Utilities (Gas & Power), EPC (Oil & Gas), Telecoms, Manufacturing and Consultancy in various locations around the world. A multi-dimensional professional with over 32+yrs of industry experience in corporate CXO roles as well as Tech Startup Entrepreneur.

Extensive M&A transition and due diligence experience as well as delivery experience in areas such as IT & Digital Strategy, Corporate Performance Management, Business Excellence, Service Excellence and Process Optimization, etc.
His career spans geographies in Canada, the UK, the Middle East and Asia, with organisations such as Enron, BG, Tata, Rasgas & Essar.

He holds various certifications from London Business School, CWC School of Energy, ISB, IIT complementing his Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering.

With a unique blend of technical and business acumen, Rahil has been excelling in techno-commercial roles for over three decades.
