We enforce strict compliance, emphasize employee well-being, and foster a safety-conscious culture through regular meetings and committee reviews at both regional and headquarters levels.
Occupational Health and Safety Education and Training
It is very important to maintain the credibility of executive personnel certificates in the occupational safety and health management system. Our commitment to sustainable business operations and compliance with safety laws remains steadfast. We conduct comprehensive internal occupational safety and health education and provide annual training courses covering essential topics like organic solvent operations, mechanical equipment operation, 6S, fire drills, explosion-proof measures, and more.
Safety and Health Performance Indicators
We track progress through performance indicators and report to senior executives via the Safety Committee. Regular audits and monitoring strengthen our EHS system that emphasizes employee safety. We extend expectations of sustainable OHS management to suppliers and ensure compliance through evaluations and the Supplier Code of Conduct.
Occupational Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
We prioritize employee safety through hazard identification and risk assessment and adhere to our SOP. In 2022, we conducted 630 assessments, all indicating low risk levels. We remain dedicated to optimizing a safe workplace in line with company standards.
