During his tenure as Executive Director on the boards of Everstone Capital Advisors’ retail-focused real estate funds, he executed and monitored the development of approximately 20 million sq. ft. of real estate. His leadership involved coordinating a transnational team of project managers, engineers, and architects.

In 1994, he received the prestigious H&FS award for Best Chief Engineer of the Year. This honour was bestowed upon him from among 87 Chief Engineers across leading national and international chains in the hospitality sector.
